PROJECT DESIGN, ORGANISATION AND PREPARATION

During the Engineering stage, the project is properly defined before construction begins. Our team analyses the client's needs, the technical requirements, the operational specifications, the regulatory framework, the permits, the budget and the timetable.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Analysis of the project's requirements and documentation of the technical, operational and commercial requirements.
• Coordination of all necessary design studies: architectural, civil engineering, structural, mechanical, electrical, energy and specialist studies.
• Management of planning permissions, administrative procedures, technical documentation, submissions and communication with the relevant authorities, where required.
• Technical assessment of the property or site, existing infrastructure, access restrictions, utilities and potential risks.
• Design review and constructability review, to ensure that the designs can be correctly implemented on site, without unnecessary delays or technical ambiguities.
• Selection of specialist consultants and subcontractors through a rigorous evaluation process, based on criteria such as technical competence, quality, professionalism, experience and reliability.
• Creation of the project's digital structure, including tasks, responsibilities, milestones, deadlines, approvals and key monitoring points.

SUPPLIES, PURCHASING AND DELIVERY CONTROL

Procurement is not simply the purchase of materials. It is the organised management of the supply chain to ensure the project has the right materials, systems, equipment and specialised packages at the right time.

Manifest Construction utilises a network of suppliers and access to the Greek and international markets, with the aim of securing competitive prices, technically suitable solutions, reliable deliveries and full compliance with the project's specifications.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Development of a project-specific procurement strategy, with a focus on critical materials, long-lead items and packages that affect the project schedule.
• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and specialist partners in local and international markets.
• Comparison of technical solutions, commercial terms, delivery times, warranties and maintenance requirements.
• Verification of the technical compliance of materials and systems with the designs, specifications, standards and client requirements.
• Monitoring the ETA of all critical equipment or materials via a digital system, so that delays can be identified in good time.
• Ongoing collaboration between the Procurement Manager and the Project Manager via the same digital platform, to assess potential delays and take timely corrective action.
• Coordination of deliveries with the construction site, storage areas, the sequence of works and safety requirements.

CONSTRUCTION, SAFETY, QUALITY AND DELIVERY

Construction is the stage where design, procurement and organisation are transformed into a real project. Manifest Construction coordinates the execution of the project with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, technical precision and timely completion.

• Organisation of the construction site, logistics, access, materials storage, temporary facilities and workflow.
• Detailed work planning, including phases, activities, responsibilities, dependencies and critical milestones.
• Coordination of work crews, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers and site management to ensure that each task is carried out in the correct order.
• Implementation of Health & Safety procedures, such as risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, PPE, site inspections and ongoing supervision.
• Quality control of works at every stage, based on approved drawings, technical specifications, materials, standards and client requirements.
• Digital monitoring of progress, outstanding issues, delays, approvals, inspections and next steps.
• Management of changes, technical queries, deviations, corrective actions and handover documentation.
• Final handover with an organised project file, certificates, as-built data, manuals, quality records and compliance documentation.
