The Founder of Manifest, Speaker at Delphi Economic Forum XI

The Founder of Manifest, Dionysis Ammolochitis, participated as a speaker in the highly interesting panel discussion titled “The Necessary European Reforms & the Role of the Greek Private Sector in Strengthening Greece’s Growth Dynamics”, held within the framework of the Delphi Economic Forum XI, which took place in Delphi, on April 22-25, 2026.

During his speech, Mr. Ammolochitis highlighted the need for Europe and Greece to move faster in response to today’s challenges. As he pointed out, growth is not only a political decision, but also the result of momentum created through the private sector, entrepreneurship, investment and risk-taking.

He placed particular emphasis on productivity, stressing that it does not mean working more, but working smarter. In this context, he referred to the importance of technology, digital skills, innovation and reindustrialization, not as trends of the time, but as essential conditions for business resilience and competitiveness.

Mr. Ammolochitis also focused on the need for predictability and speed, two elements that, as he noted, are crucial for businesses to be able to invest, grow, export and create value. At the same time, he underlined that Greece has a significant opportunity, not because it is fully ready, but because it has flexibility and has learned to operate in conditions of uncertainty.

In closing, he stated that the way forward is a matter of culture. The State needs to place greater trust in the private sector and implement proposals that allow businesses to move quickly, while entrepreneurs themselves must assume the risks that correspond to them. As he emphasized, the private sector has been and will remain a decisive factor in every sustainable solution, with Greece needing to become the most decisive version of itself.

We warmly thank the Delphi Economic Forum for the invitation, the meaningful discussion and the organization of yet another important platform for dialogue on Greece, Europe and the role of entrepreneurship in shaping the future.
