The Ellinikon Sports Park
Project overview
The Ellinikon Sports Park is a 287,000 m² sports destination in Ellinikon, Athens, with 115,000 m² of green space, football pitches certified by FIFA, a track certified by World Athletics and accommodation for athletes. It operates to international sporting standards, and our cooperation began in 2026.
Manifest delivers the project across three service lines. Hard services cover the electromechanical and technical maintenance, soft services cover cleaning and daily support, assisted by three cleaning robots, and landscape teams maintain the green areas. The technical core is the spearhead, running from medium voltage distribution and standby power through HVAC, fire safety, lifts and pumping systems to full BMS and KNX automation.
