Manifest is a Greek company based in Piraeus engaged in providing services for facilities management and infrastructure, providing the necessary supporting staff (facility management).
According to experts, the sector of facility management (FM) is developing, representing, at European level, a market with a turnover of around 3 billion euros, according to European FM network. According to the founder and CEO of Manifest Services Dionysis Ammolochitis, the company is a leader in the facility management industry, offering since 2003 “business to business” services for the management of large-scale buildings with high requirements. He also notes that Manifest, participating in the “21stFM Alliance”, is the only Greek company in the sector with a presence in almost 10 countries in Europe.
Manifest manages 1,100 buildings, employs 500 employees in Greece, operates in eight countries and 75% of its clientele is multinational groups (eg Coca Cola HBC, Nestle), while one of the most recent collaborations concerns the Grace hotel group in Santorini. According to the company, domestic hotels discovered the benefits of outsourcing facilities management services with a long delay.
Manifest’s turnover for 2015 is estimated at 7.5 million EUR, a figure expected to surpass 10 mil. euro in 2017, while the company has doubled its figures for the period 2010-2015. In the period 2014-2015 Manifest increased profitability by 300%, with 2015, which was “marked” by political and economic instability, being the best year in terms of income.
The company calculates that it produces approximately 3,000 working hours on a daily basis, while in 2016 it invested EUR 100,000 in technology, so that customers, through special software, are aware of the needs the company covers and the equipment used.
