Completion of Office Refurbishment and Energy Upgrade for DESFA in Elefsina
Manifest has successfully completed the refurbishment and energy upgrade of DESFA’s office facilities located in Patima, Elefsina. The project focused on the comprehensive modernization of the building, aiming to enhance energy performance, operational efficiency, and overall working conditions, in full compliance with current standards and specifications for professional office environments.
As part of our engagement, Manifest Construction was appointed as the construction partner responsible for the coordinated execution of all works. Our scope included the overall management of the project, quality assurance, and strict schedule control, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of the refurbishment.
The works covered building refurbishment and interior reconfiguration, energy efficiency upgrades and modernization interventions, coordination of all construction trades and subcontractors, on-site supervision, Health & Safety management, and the delivery of complete quality control and handover documentation.
The outcome is a fully renewed, efficient, and future-ready office environment that meets DESFA’s operational needs while supporting a modern and functional workplace for its people.
