Each facility maintenance company is responsible for implementing and monitoring the EU Regulation on Fluorinated Gases and Ozone Depleting Substances and other international regulations. In order to more effectively monitor the implementation of the above, the Ministry for the Environment & Energy (YPEN) has established the operation of databases in which information and data for the use of fluorinated gases are collected and organised.
Based on the above, we undertake the registration in the special platform of the Ministry of all equipment units containing fluorinated gases (e.g. air conditioning systems, fire extinguishing systems, etc.) and falling under the provisions, as well as the recording of all technical work (installation, maintenance, repairs-damages, dismantling) in these units on an annual basis.
Also, with the help of this process we can achieve the overall energy upgrade of the building, through our proposal for the replacement of the old air conditioning units that operate with a degraded refrigerant (freon) which makes them quite energy-intensive and have unprofitable conversion costs, with new technology systems.
