Strategic partnership between Manifest and EFSIM Facilities Management Services for the development of a new Integrated Facilities Management standard in Greece
Manifest announces its strategic partnership with EFSIM Facilities Management Services, within the framework of an agreement that creates the conditions for the development of a modern and integrated Facilities Management service delivery model in the Greek market.
EFSIM Facilities Management Services is part of the broader ecosystem of EFS Group, an international organization in the Integrated Facilities Management sector, with a presence in 27 countries, more than 45 operating companies and more than 75 service lines. With an international project portfolio approaching USD 2.4 billion, the Group has the scale, expertise and operational experience required to support complex, high-demand projects.

This partnership confirms Manifest’s steady growth trajectory and further strengthens its role as a strong operational partner in demanding projects, where quality, transparency, accountability and operational efficiency are critical success factors.
Through the agreed partnership framework, EFSIM assumes the role of Integrator and Managing Agent, while Manifest operates as an authorized service delivery partner in Greece, within a structured model based on unified standards, clear governance mechanisms, high compliance requirements and a shared focus on operational excellence.
At the heart of the partnership lies the creation of a framework that combines EFSIM’s international expertise with Manifest’s strong local presence and operational experience. This model enhances the ability to deliver integrated services with unified oversight, a common methodology, technological support and increased transparency across all levels of operation.
Particular emphasis is also placed on ESG, quality, health and safety, regulatory compliance and the use of digital tools for monitoring, recording and evaluating operational performance. This approach responds to the modern demands of the market and strengthens the ability to deliver projects with greater speed, flexibility and reliability.
For Manifest, this new partnership represents another important step in its ongoing journey to further strengthen its position in the Facility Management sector. At the same time, it highlights the company’s ability to participate in complex collaborative schemes with clear terms, high standards and a long-term strategic perspective.
With consistency, expertise and a focus on creating real value for its partners and clients, Manifest continues to invest in partnerships that expand its capabilities and contribute to shaping the next chapter of Facility Management in Greece.

“Facility Management today must move beyond fragmented service delivery towards integrated, accountable and technology-enabled operating models. Through our partnership with Manifest, we aim to bring EFSIM’s global FM expertise together with strong local execution capability to support a new standard of service delivery in Greece. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to governance, transparency, compliance, ESG and operational excellence, creating long-term value for clients and the built environment.”
