The steps are the following:
1ststepSourcing & Selection
We send your requirements to partners in the country of origin, receive the candidates' documentation and, for specialised roles, pass it to you for selection. An Employment Offer follows, then acceptance.
2ndstepLegal Process
We file the Employment Approval application with DAM, secure the approval decision and coordinate the biometrics, the interview and the issuing of the Visa D, through to the worker's arrival in Greece.
3rdstepReception & Operation
We handle reception, accommodation, tax and social security numbers, the residence permit, ERGANI registration and daily transport. Work begins with trained staff and continuous supervision from our team.
