The CEO of Manifest Services, Speaker at Delphi Economic Forum VIII
Our Founder & CEO, Dionysis Ammolochitis, participated as a speaker in the extremely interesting panel, on the topic: “Accelerating green growth in built environment” at the Delphi Economic Forum VIII, held April 26-29, 2023, in the iconic town of Delphi. In the panel also participated: Ms. Ana Vukovic, Managing Director, AVTB P.C., Greece, Mr. Panos Karpathios, CEO, Karpathios Development, Greece, Mr. Spyros Raptis, CEO, Schneider Electric, Greece, Mr. Agis Kothalis, President & CEO, Ceramics of Northern Greece (KEVE S.A.). Mr. Ammolochitis referred to the important contribution of the state for energy upgrade, through the launch of the subsidy programs for public and private buildings, but also the importance of extending these programs to big companies, which use buildings of large size and old age. He also referred to the trend of green buildings, whose “accelerator” in Greece is the increase in the cost of energy, while in Central and Western Europe, it is the different mindset, which started some years ago with gradual investments and upgrades. Finally, he mentioned the importance of measuring the performance of the energy upgrade, which is achieved through specialized software, such as Moralius.
